Buddhist Militants

Ok, today i went to school. it was entertaining at the best. world history was fun we got to read one of 10 news articles. The one i read was about how technology is bringing down the Myanmar government, It was different. Apparently Myanmar had shut down the net and cell phone usage for two weeks after a mass raid on Buddhist monastery's sent a flood of blog, Facebook, Wikipedia updates, and the like revealing the Junta's Tyrannical rule.
It kind of brings into perspective the power we independent bloggers have, we scare our governments, The internet is a powerful tool when ones individual ideas can literally scare the governments to "shut off the internet."

On another note, when i was checking my feeds one came into my attention http://www.ulib.org/  It is a Online library that contains over 1.5 million works and 900,000 of them are in Chinese of all things I think this is an amazing step for the world. Most people no longer use library's or read for that matter, i think its a matter of not wanting to leave the house to go to a library. This will put most of the books out there for multiple people with varying interests to get the information they want without having to leave the comfort of their own homes.

Anyway i am tired enough that I am repeating myself, repeating myself in multiple ways just saying the same things over and over again. Anyway I need to do homework in the first place.
So I will give you another report tomorrow.

Sincerely; Arsonomega

Flock

Ok for those who don't know, I have a uncanny ability to pull all the useless information out of a slur of useful information. now that thats out of the way bor a split second my web design teacher during school today opened his web browser and it wasn't Firefox. it was a web browser that I haven't seen before, so I listened closely when my comrades in class asked him "whats that?" and the words he used in reply were "I'm using flock because I'm a speed freak."

There it was. I thought I was being cheated out of a Super Fast web browser, so i had to download it immediately (good thing all of us are administrators on the web design computers) but when i finished downloading it this thing popped up saying that Flock was a "social Web Browser." WHAT THE HELL. I thought i was savvy about the web but I haven't even began to comprehend the coolness of this concept! (think about it).

Heres the breakdown, Flock is a social web browser, What is that? its a web browser that keeps track of your Facebook, twitter, flicker Photobucket, Piczo, del.ic.io.us, Ma.gnolia, and Youtube accounts. But get this, It keeps track of all your contacts and friends. and what they have been doing recently so if your super ex girlfriend who is a friend on Youtube posts a video about how stupid you are you know about it immediately.

But Wait! Theres more!

Even though all that I have said has probably made you start drooling with anticipation, Flock also allows you to look at media streams that your friends have put on Youtube. In essence watch your friends videos without having to navigate Youtube or even touch the Youtube page. And it allows you to post in your blog much the same way (as I am doing now)

One more paragraph.Flock accepts most Firefox extensions and offers some of its own one of witch allows you to see witch websites your friends are on and let them see yours allowing prople across the globe to surf together for the first time.

Well there is much more but I am currently loading pictures to Facebook and Flickr at the same time and really am content with what I have currently. Well I'm flocking now.

Sincerely; Arsonomega
